My mission as an Integrative/Psychodynamic Therapist and Couples Counsellor is to empower and inspire my clients to live authentically, find fulfilment, and align their lives with their deepest values. I believe in the inherent potential within everyone to create positive change, and I am dedicated to supporting you on your unique journey, wherever it may lead.
My approach to therapy is integrative, drawing from various modalities including psychodynamic, humanistic, person-centred, somatic, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT). If desired, I also incorporate art and somatic techniques into the therapeutic process. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them find meaning and purpose in their lives, offering a supportive and non-judgmental space where they can freely explore their inner world.
I offer a range of therapeutic services, including individual sessions both in-person and online. My areas of interest include working with issues such as anger, addiction, self-esteem, anxiety, attachment styles, cultural identity, family dynamics, and childhood trauma. I offer specialised support for individuals struggling with addiction, whether it involves substances, behaviours, or both. My approach is compassionate and non-judgmental, focusing on helping you understand the underlying issues contributing to your addiction and developing strategies for recovery and relapse prevention.
I help clients navigate the complexities of relationships, whether they involve romantic partners, family members, or friends. Whether you're facing communication difficulties, conflicts, trust issues, or intimacy challenges, I work with you to improve relationship dynamics, foster healthier interactions, and build stronger, more fulfilling connections.
If anger is affecting your relationships, work, or overall well-being, I offer tailored strategies to help you manage and express anger in healthy ways. Together, we explore the triggers behind your anger, develop coping mechanisms, and work on communication skills to ensure your emotions don't control your life. My approach is centered on helping you understand the root causes of your anger and transforming it into constructive energy.
Clients are welcome to come to me for any reason, including anxiety, bereavement, stress, and/or other concerns. Whether you're dealing with overwhelming stress, grieving a loss, or experiencing anxiety or depression, I provide a supportive environment to explore these issues. My goal is to help you achieve greater emotional well-being and resilience.
